Janet is a licensed therapist in private practice in The Woodlands. She began as a lay counselor more than 31 years ago after a painful divorce. Janet was led to assist in creating a divorce ministry at a Christian counseling agency. She has personally lived the joy and challenges of a blended family. She and her husband, Scott have been married more than 30 years. Each came to their new marriage with a child and raised them together. Their stepfamily now includes two grandchildren.
