When selecting an appointment, you now have the option of an in-office or an online video appointment.

Effective immediately, all payments must be paid through an emailed invoice. You can pay directly from this invoice by clicking or tapping on the PAY INVOICE tab. After payment is made you will receive an invoice stamped “paid”. This invoice includes all the information necessary to file with your insurance company if you have out of network benefits.
